To reschedule a service or class:
In the top-right corner, hover over or select your profile, then select Appointments.
On the Upcoming tab, select Reschedule in the appointment.
Note
If the business doesn't allow customers to reschedule online, you must contact the business instead.
Choose a new date, time, service provider, service, or class for the appointment, then reschedule. The steps for rescheduling are similar to when you first scheduled the service or class.
To cancel a service or class:
In the top-right corner, hover over or select your profile, then select Appointments.
On the Upcoming tab, select the More list for the appointment, then select Cancel Appointment.
A popup will display depending on the scenario:
If you can cancel the appointment, a popup will be displayed confirming you want to cancel the appointment.
If you are within the 24-hour cancellation window, use your credit card on file or add a new card, select the acknowledge box and then select Cancel Appointment: [$fee].
